Through the SILNE project we also studied the differential impact of tobacco control on different socio-economic status groups. This project continues in 2015-2018 as the SILNE-R project.
Recent research focusses on factors affecting the (speed of) adoption of national tobacco control policy and includes tobacco industry document research.
New research projects are being conducted and focus on the tobacco product itself, including tobacco retail environment, point-of-sale restrictions, and electronic cigarettes.
